Warranty

Stud Claims

In order to properly submit a warranty claim on the Hedge Hog, Warthog XZP, Top Dog, Big Shot or Lynx studs, the following definitions must apply. If your studs are exhibiting any bending, breaking at the thread-line (or below), you may be covered under the exclusive no bend, no break guarantee. Studs Size 84 and longer will be covered only if using the Big Al aluminum support nuts. For warranty to be valid, the accu-stud chart for stud length and quantities must be used. Studs used for racing purposes will not be eligible for warranty due to the extreme conditions they are used in.

Carbide pin chipping is not covered under any warranties, and can occasionally be mistaken as carbide pin fallout. If you experienced carbide pin chippage, it will either be chipped flush or slightly below the surface of the metal tip on the stud. If the pin had fallen out, the hole will be about .300 of an inch deep and may be covered as a defect.

All other studs are covered against defects in material and workmanship. This may include carbide pin fallout, cracked heads, and bad hex stamps. This does not include bending, or breaking. Snowstuds.com remains the sole judge on any defect in workmanship claims. Also return related components such as nut and backer plate used to mount studs.
