SnowStuds Warranty
Studs:
In order to properly submit a warranty claim on Warthog or Big Shot Studs, the following definitions must apply. If your studs are exhibiting bending or breaking at the thread-line (or below), you may be covered under the exclusive no bend, no break guarantee. Studs longer than 1.325 will be covered only if using the .750” aluminum nut. For the warranty to be valid, the stud must not exceed .375” penetration over the track lug height. Studs used for racing purposes will not be eligible for warranty due to the extreme conditions in which they are used.
Carbide pin chipping is not covered under any warranties and can occasionally be mistaken as carbide pin fallout. If you experience carbide pin chippage, it will either be chipped flush or slightly below the surface of the metal tip of the stud. If the pin does in fact fall out there will be a hole about ¼” deep and then it may be covered as a defect.
All our studs are covered against defects in material and workmanship. This may include carbide pin fallout, cracked heads, and bad hex stamps. This does not include bending or breaking. SnowStuds remains the sole judge on any defect in workmanship against studs as well as related components ( i.e. nuts, backer plates, etc.).
Runners:
All our runners are covered against defects in material and workmanship. SnowStuds remains the sole judge on any defect in workmanship or faulty material.
Returns:
Contact our Support Team at support@snowstuds.com for all questions or concerns regarding returns. All products will be inspected by a SnowStuds team member to determine if the product is defective due to material failure or quality of workmanship before a final decision is made.
Warning:
Do not use SnowStuds products in combination with other manufacturers traction products. Track damage may occur, and all warranties are voided.
